AMAG or Aliveness in Aberdeen, both have a decent rep.
Wouldn't worry about having a certain level of fitness to start any sport, any decent coach will work with what you bring him / her. cheers, G

Hi Gav are you into your mma? Love the sport particularly UFC. I've recently started kickboxing my hands are ok (done a bit of boxing previously) but my flexibility in my legs is not good which is very frustrating.
Of course we do stretch's etc in the kickboxing class's but I wish to progress with this asap. Any exercises you would particularly recommend when in the gym? Or is it just a case of having a good stretch after squats etc Any tips would be greatly appreciated Last edited by Sparky : 02-19-2010 at 09:22 AM. Reason: . |
