Default Suppliment advice

Hi Guys

First time on the message board.

Im 35yrs old 5ft 11in's and 13st 4lb. I have been training now for 4 months and feel its time to use some suppliments to help me bulk up.

My training routine is:

Tues: Shoulders
Wed: Back/Biceps
Thurs: Chest/Triceps
Fri: Rest
Sat: Shoulders/back/biceps
Sun: Chest/Biceps

I also do 20 mins cardio on the bike 3 times a week. Although i want to lose more body fat, i want to bulk up first. Can someone give me some recommendation on what PhD products would be suitable for me?

Thanks

Tavs

i'd fix your workout schedule before looking at supplements personally.

you've got no leg work at all on there and if you want more muscle this is vital

Tavs,

Echoing what Edd said - train your legs mate. Also, pop up your current diet - whole food intake is a big part of gaining weight!

If your trying to gain weight faster I'd look at a quality weight gain like Pharma Gain to provide plenty calories and additional protein first and foremost.

Also consider the UHT Gain Stack, which is Pharma Gain, Synergy and Catalyst.

The Pharma Gain gives you the calories and protein you need to grow, the synergy and catalyst provide protein, creatine, hormone support, antioxidants and vitamins and minerals to make sure you perform at your best in workouts, gain strength and muscle and recover fast.

Cheers,

G

Default Advice

Thanks for the advice on what products to start taking Gavin, i will be ordering them next week, i have been to the gym today and had a very good leg work out, so advice taken on board.

What would be the routine of taking these 3 products as i am looking at meal replacement if possible as i work 8am-5pm and just needed general advice about best daily routine.

Thanks Tavs

Catalyst with breakfast
Synergy mid-morning
Lunch
Mid-afternoon Snack
Pharma Gain pre-workout
Synergy and some carbs (maybe a banana) Post Workout
Dinner
Before bed - Cottage cheese or Pharma Blend 6hr or some other slow digesting protein source.

That would work fine. Plenty of ways to skin a cat though!

Cheers,

G
