did legs today and guess what out of the 20+ people in the gym i was the only one doing legs, changed leg press for full squats 90+ deg with 20 kg less than my normal 80 deg squats, interesting!!! enjoyed it tho. used 2 20kg plates on the floor below heals to help balance/reduce stress. gym instructor told me to do that and me as usual do as i am told by someone 30kg heavier than me and 20 years younger.

Ass to grass squats loving them. I used to be the one in the gym always did upper body and never trained legs with a fat belly until i met Phil and gave me the same rant and let me tell you TRAIN LEGS its an amazing feeling, and the calories burnt in a leg session far out weigh the calories burnt in others. And Phil im not saying i dont have a fat belly anymore before you comment lol but it is a hell of a lot smaller and my legs are looking so much better. nice post Phil.

my thoughts exactly regarding phil and gavin!
actually i've saved a lot of phil's stuff at favourites on my computer for re-reading and also when i'm giving advice

some people just don't listen though!

last i heard from phil was through youtube while watching his recent training stuff. said he's moving into american football atm, looking huge in some of his videos especially the stones one

We're all busy boys and gals that's all

I try and get on here every day to check for threads to mod / delete and answer what I can when I can but tbh it is not easy and I can see why Phil might struggle to get here from time to time, he has a busier life than me right now!
